Your customized creation begins with sourcing premium materials from US lumber suppliers. Either product, the Tailgate cornhole Board set (1X2) or the Recreation Cornhole board (2X4), each set starts with 3/4-inch Baltic Birch plywood which provides an ultra smooth, non pourus playing surface to adhere the super durable 3M brand laser Ink printed Vinyl. Then sealed with thermally bonded laminant and UV prtected for years of play.
You can choose from solid Poplar, soild Pine or 3/4" Birch which provides a sturdy structure for the frame, with added crossbeam for anti bounce.
Next, our team of craftspeople print your design and assemble your new cornhole boards. We utilize the best of all the competitions features as standard features. We believe that you should alsways be offered the best product for the money and that is exactly what we do.
Then your custom designed Cornhole Boards are placed in well-protected and sturdy packaging, that is sealed with our stylish Southern Yankee Woodworks packing tape which adorns the outer perimeters of the box.
After packing takes place, we prepare to ship from our Georgia manufacturing and warehouse facility.
